Contractor Guidelines
There are several homes being built that have violations of CCR’s and City regulations governing contractors. Remind your contractors and their sub-contractors that an HOA fine structure governing contractor responsibilities now exists and work sites are being monitored. The following areas need immediate attention:
- Portable toilets should be located 20 feet from the street.
- Trailers and/or equipment may not be left in the street overnight.
- ARC approval of building plans is usually conditional on one or more required additional approvals (i.e. final paint colors, rock work, detailed landscaping). Without follow up review and approval by the ARC the home is out of compliance, is subject to fines and removal or changes may be required by the HOA.
